The Perfect Vicar

Results of a computerised survey indicate that the perfect Vicar preaches for exactly ten minutes, every time. He works from 8.00 am to midnight and is also the caretaker. He earns about £60 per week and gives about £50 per week to the poor; he also wears good clothes, buys good books and drives a good car.
He is 28 years old but has been preaching for nearly 30 years. He is wonderfully gentle and handsome. He has a burning desire to work with teenagers and spends all his time with a straight face because he has a sense of humour that keeps him dedicated to his work.
He makes 15 calls daily on parish families, the housebound and hospitals, spends all his time evangelising the unchurched and is always at home when you need him.
Oh, and he's a man, of course!
